As I recall was feeling especially despondent recording this while in my off campus apartment circa 1993. It's only saving grace is a profane comment made towards me by my then roommate and friend. I undoubtedly deserved this comment for I was literally found in the corner of my room zoning out to this static you hear. I thought his put down of me was funny at the time and recall trying really hard not to laugh and ruin it.
