The backdrop of this track is another oddball find on tape, just me zoning out. I do recall being fed up with my keyboard drum machine sounds. Drums were a struggle for me whether it’s from my keyboard, which had a custom drum option or midi, drums tracks I never was fully satisfied with. Either it sounded too cheap or not complex enough but I had to just plug ahead and do what I can drum wise. Drums and bass tracks on keys was my weak point. I just wanted to do lead keys, sound effects and mixing was a strength but I disliked doing certain things like drums and bass because I wasn’t very good at it. Anyway you hear just a repetitive hi-hat in this and I know that is because I was just sick and tired of my keyboard drums and just wanted a more obscure plain rhythm to play over. This is recently assembled with added sound clips from “The C.H.A.O.S. Continuum”. Original back track circa 1996, assembled with sound clips 2014.
